Frequently Asked Questions

What do I wear for healing sessions? 

You will be lying down for most of your 60-90- minute-session, so make sure to wear clothing you are comfortable in. You do not have to remove any of your clothing, as crystals and Reiki work perfectly fine through the clothes. 

Will I be touched during healing sessions?

Yes, you will be touched when placing and removing the crystals, but only minimally, if desired. If you have any concerns regarding this, please raise them before the session, so that I can accommodate best to your needs. During Reiki, you have the option of being touched or being treated via beaming. 

Will I notice any changes after a healing session?

Typically, my clients do notice the presence of the crystals on their body and/or the healing touch. If you experience more than a tingling or a feeling of discomfort, please let me know asap so that I can accommodate to that and create a relaxing environment for you until the end of the session. I recommend 2-3 sessions for full healing results. 

What is your refund policy?

I am able to issue a refund or reschedule an appointment if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance. If you give me a notice of 24 hours or less, I cannot refund you, as part of my fee also goes to booking the therapy room (which has its own cancellation policies). 

What else? 

Please take your time to mentally and physically prepare for your healing session or reading. Eat and drink water appropriately before coming in, as crystals and Reiki can be intense on an empty stomach.
