The energies have been quite intense since Thursday already. What some might be experiencing right now could be collective sadness, grieving, anxiety and even fear. Many releases are happening and changes are also occurring, which could add to more stress and possibly frustration. I feel for some right now it's best to just tone down outside distractions as much as possible and to practice enough quiet time and self-care. The holidays might have gotten you a bit frazzled, as well, at least for the ones who had one, but since nothing is really like it was last year, this time of year might be particularly hard on some. Hang in there, take care of yourself. Go into nature and experiment with quiet time techniques, such as journaling, meditation and just having a quality time with people you love overall.
