Do higher vibrational beings outside of the matrix really do exist? And if so, what is their purpose? Last summer I got some insight on higher beings, which were not part of the matrix at all. They stemmed from a specific part on the Eastern continent and were helping a person out so that they could waken from the matrix and their sleeper life. A lot of beings, which people are in touch with and who they call "higher-vibrational," are indeed still in a form of a matrix or overlay.
