Happy Summer Solstice! Today is officially the longest day and the shortest night of the year (reverse that for Down Under and the Southern Hemisphere). Summer has been around for a few weeks already but with its official date today, we are ready to celebrate all the things over the next three months.
For example, Scandinavia has their midsommar night tradition. The USA will be having their independence day in July and so will France and a few other countries. Summer is a transformative time, if not THE MOST transformative time of the year. Seldom do we experience as much growth than during this time.
Similar to entering one phase of our lives and exiting it as a completely different or changed person. Of course this time of year can also be seen as spending more time with friends, family or just overall out and about with people due to events finally picking up again and more.
