I’ve been getting a lot of questions about dreams and dream recall, so I decided to do a separate post on it. When you dream, a few things happen. First, your soul star chakra, which lies outside of your astral body and above your head and crown chakra is being activated. This means that your communication with your soul star family, such as the Arcturians, Sirians, Pleiadians and so on, is being facilitated. Second, as a consequence of this chakra activation, your star family is able to reach out to you more efficiently and convey messages and guidance in your sleep.
I’ve been remembering my dreams almost every single night, since I’ve been small. When I was a child and teenager, I was mostly working through my own “issues” in the dream realm and oftentimes my dreams involved other people or even falling from a bridge or great heights. However, over the past few years this has changed. It is not only my own soul reaching out to me during the dream state now but also my higher self and guides from outer space.
The way I have been able to recall most of my dreams is by simply setting the intention and then having my dream journal next to the bed with a pen. As soon as I wake up, I am able to write down all bits and pieces I recall, even if it makes zero sense to me at the moment. The clue is to not activate your rational mind but to intuitively let the stories flow and then think about them after you jot it all down. It gets easier with more practice and intention setting.
